6. Content Creation Club — Membership
When you join the Club, the following data is processed: name and email (via Stripe), payment data (processed exclusively by Stripe), Instagram handle and other social media profiles, WhatsApp number (voluntary, for the Club group). This data is stored in Google Sheets and used solely for the purpose of your membership.

7. Newsletter
When you sign up for the newsletter, your email address is stored via MailerLite (EU servers) using a double opt-in process. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in the newsletter or by email.

Data is stored only as long as necessary. Legal retention periods remain unaffected. Club member data is deleted after membership ends.
